Where we ship
United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. All items ship from warehouses inside the United States, so there are no customs fees or import charges.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard rate shown at checkout. Expedited shipping is available at checkout on most items.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email (and SMS if you opted in) as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may ship in separate packages; each will have its own tracking.
Holiday deadlines 2026
Order by Monday, December 15 for standard delivery before December 25. Expedited options remain available through December 20. New Year’s Eve looks ordered after December 20 may arrive after the 31st — choose expedited at checkout.
Problems with delivery
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the package, check with neighbors and your carrier, then email petersplexltd@gmail.com within 5 days and we’ll sort it out.
