Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached.

Email petersplexltd@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the correct return address. Items ship from the brands that make them, so returns go back to different addresses — a parcel sent to the wrong place cannot be refunded.

Swimwear

Swimwear is eligible for exchange or store credit rather than a refund to your original payment method, and only if the hygiene liner is intact and the item is unworn.

Final sale

Items marked "final sale" on their product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 5 days of delivery — within 48 hours for swimwear — with a photo if possible. We cover return shipping and will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping

For change of mind or fit, the customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the brand confirms receipt.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.
