14-day returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorant or perfume, and have all tags attached.
Final sale items
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, tights, hosiery and earrings can’t be returned. Items marked Final Sale and gift cards are also non-returnable.
How to return
Email petersplexltd@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s). We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. The label cost ($7.95) is deducted from your refund. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refunds
Once the return is received and checked (usually 3–5 business days), we refund the original payment method. Banks can take a further 5–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Place a new order for the size you want so it isn’t sold out, then return the original. Email us and we’ll waive the return label fee on size exchanges.
Bundles
Items bought as part of a look or bundle can be returned individually. The refund is that item’s share of the bundle price.
Damaged or wrong item
Email a photo within 5 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or full refund, including shipping, with no return label fee.
