Sizing
How do your sizes run? Each product page has a one-line fit note (“runs true”, “size up for hips”) and a size chart. Our try-on videos show the piece on at least two sizes. If you’re between sizes on a fitted piece (corsets, bodycon), size up.
Do you carry curve sizes? Yes — most sets, dresses and outerwear run to 2X or 3X. Browse the Curve collection.
Shipping
Where do you ship? United States only for now.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days. Everything ships from US warehouses — no overseas transit, no customs.
Is shipping free? Yes on orders of $75 or more. Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Holiday cutoffs: order by December 15 for standard delivery before Christmas. Expedited options are shown at checkout through December 20.
Returns
What is your return policy? 14 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Bodysuits, tights and final-sale items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details on the Returns page.
How do I start a return? Email petersplexltd@gmail.com with your order number and the item. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label; the label cost is deducted from your refund.
Orders
I ordered through TikTok Shop — where is my order? TikTok Shop orders are tracked inside the TikTok app under Orders. Shipping times are the same.
Can I change or cancel my order? Email us within 2 hours of placing it. After that it’s usually already packed, but we’ll do our best.
Do you offer Shop Pay Installments? Yes — split any order over $50 into four payments at checkout.
Looks & bundles
What is “Add the look”? Every hero piece shows its full outfit. Add the look puts all the pieces in your cart at the bundle price — usually $14–$20 less than buying separately. You can change sizes for each piece in the cart.
Can I return one item from a bundle? Yes. The refund is the item’s share of the bundle price.
